1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the website at edpsychconnect.com and the early-access waitlist signup. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
EdPsych Connect Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Contact details are on the contact page.
3. Pre-launch nature of the site
The site is currently a pre-launch coming-soon page. Closed-cohort beta opens on Tuesday 1 September 2026 and the public-open launch is planned for Tuesday 6 January 2027. The pre-launch site exists to:
- Tell you about the platform we are building.
- Capture your email so we can notify you at launch.
- Carry our legal and accessibility statements.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and nothing on this site constitutes professional advice (educational, psychological, legal, medical or otherwise).
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site to attempt to access non-public areas of the platform, attempt to bypass authentication, or probe for vulnerabilities.
- Do not submit waitlist signups using addresses you do not control.
- Do not scrape the site for data harvesting purposes.
- Do not use the site in any way that breaches UK law.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site (copy, design, logo, illustration code, product names) is the property of EdPsych Connect Limited or its licensors. You may quote short extracts for journalism or commentary with attribution; you may not reproduce the brand identity or substantial body content without written permission.
6. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdPsych Connect Limited excludes all warranties express or implied. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer protection law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the site.
